The villa is set in 1200 square meters of beautifully cultivated garden, with its own children's playground and private parking lot for 5 vehicles. This house consists of two apartments, namely:
1. EG apartment on the ground floor
2. OG apartment on the first floor

Vir Accommodation,The uper OG apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, spacious living room with doublebed and sectional sofa (convertable in case an extra bed is needed), a satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and toilet facilities and a spacious terrace with seaview. The apartment can comfortably accommodates 6-8 persons.

The holiday villa on the island of Vir is situated 25 km from Zadar. The island can be reached via Nin and Privlaka or across a 390-meter bridge connecting the island with mainland.
